Return Policy

We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. To help ensure satisfaction, we accept merchandise for returns within 30 days after delivery with an exception of personalized jewelry. A full refund will be issued upon receiving and inspection of items. Items returned must be in new condition, unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. the product should not have been altered in any way. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer must cover shipping fees for returned items unless item arrived damaged/ not as described. For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Abreumx is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in route back to us.

Note: Because personalized Jewelry are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications we don't accept returns on this products. For this matter, please ensure that all details contained in your order are correct such as spellings, dimensions and colors.

Damaged Items

We are focusing on providing high quality items for you. However, if any items arrived damaged during shipment including personalized jewelry or any items are not as described, you must contact us and return the items within 5 days after delivery for a full refund. Shipping label will be issued and prepaid by us only when item arrives damaged or the item is not within description. For more information, please check our warranty page.

Note: After Return has been processed and complete it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to clear your refund depending on your bank type.
